My name is Archana, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am a strong believer of letting the body heal from any kind of physical or mental stress in a natural and non-invasive manner (to the extent possible), and massage therapy is certainly one of them. I possess immense amount of passion to help my clients find relief from pain with the help of a therapeutic massage. I practice different modalities including Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique as part of Sports Massage, Professional Cupping, Bamboo, Hot stone massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage amongst others.

As a corporate world employee, I am well versed with the amount of tension build up that can happen without even realizing, that further leads to tension headaches, TMJ issues, back and neck pain, stiff muscles, etc. More often than not, people suffering from such pain are given very bleak hopes of being able to recover from pain without any invasive treatment, primarily due to lack of awareness about other non-interventional treatment options.
